Peace and Blessings Family!!! We are Jeff “Jefe” and Rebecca “Viv” Scullark, the Owners and Head Instructors at ReignMen Arms LLC.
We are US Marine Corps Veterans with multiple Firearm Instructor Certifications and USPSA Competition Shooters.
ReignMen Arms is a combination of our three greatest passions: Firearms, Teaching, and a genuine love for the Communities we serve.

In 1998, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. I was attached to HQ Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, Comm Company in Okinawa, Japan. I maintained an Expert rating for marksmanship throughout my career and discovered a passion I continue to enjoy today. In 2002, I completed my tour and was released with an honorable discharge.
Staying active is a lifestyle for me. I make a point to eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and exercise on a daily basis. My only problem is I HATE BURPEES!!!

Whether I am teaching or training, I always strive to be better than I was yesterday.
July 2001, I began my journey on Parris Island, SC to become an USMC Rifle woman. As a radio operator I was introduced to shotgun training in Okinawa, Japan. While Stationed in Yuma, AZ I was exposed to pistol training and found my new interest. After 8 years in the Corps, I moved back to the city I love,Houston TX!
Physical Fitness plays an important role in my life. I played soccer as a child and now train in a crossfit environment. I consider working out a lifestyle. But Seriously, I work out because I LOVE to EAT!
On New Years Day 2019 I faced my fear of heights and touched the sky!
I continue to strengthen my craft by training defensively, competitively, and recreationally. I believe as an instructor, first you have to be a good student.
I take passion in teaching women, children, new shooters and those willing to learn.
